attr_size_new(size: number): Pango.Attribute
Create a new font-size attribute in fractional points.
Parameters
- size: number
  the font size, in PANGO_SCALE-ths of a point
Returns Pango.Attribute
the newly allocated Pango.Attribute, which should be freed with Pango.Attribute.destroy
