  • Utility function to translate a Wi-Fi channel to its corresponding frequency.

    Parameters

    • channel: number

      channel

    • band: string

      frequency band for wireless ("a" or "bg")

    Returns number

    the frequency represented by the channel of the band, or -1 when the freq is invalid, or 0 when the band is invalid
