utils_ip4_dns_from_variant(value: GLib.Variant): string
Utility function to convert a GLib.Variant of type 'au' representing a list of IPv4 addresses into an array of IP address strings.

Since 1.46, an empty list is returned if the variant type is not valid (before it was checked as assertion)
Parameters
- value: GLib.Variant
  a GLib.Variant of type 'au'
Returns string
a null-terminated array of IP address strings.
