Fetches a baseline value from the face.
Parameters
- font: font_t
  a font
- baseline_tag: ot_layout_baseline_tag_t
  a baseline tag
- direction: direction_t
  text direction.
- script_tag: number
  script tag.
- language_tag: number
  language tag, currently unused.
Returns [number, number]
true if found baseline value in the font.
