Fetches a reference to the specified table within the specified face. Returns an empty blob if referencing table data is not possible.
Parameters
- face: face_t
  A face object
- tag: number
  The HarfBuzz.tag_t of the table to query
Returns blob_t
A pointer to the tag table within face
