Converts format to the string corresponding it, or NULL if it is not a valid HarfBuzz.buffer_serialize_format_t.
Parameters
- format: buffer_serialize_format_t
  an HarfBuzz.buffer_serialize_format_t to convert.
Returns string
A NULL terminated string corresponding to format. Should not be freed.
