Gets a property of the Gtk.Editable delegate for object.

This is helper function that should be called in the get_property function of your Gtk.Editable implementation, before handling your own properties.
Parameters
- object: GObject.Object
  a GObject.Object
- prop_id: number
  a property ID
- value: any
  value to set
- pspec: GObject.ParamSpec
  the GObject.ParamSpec for the property
Returns boolean
true if the property was found
