Inspect a GstVideo.Navigation mouse movement event and extract the coordinates of the event.
Parameters
- event: Gst.Event
  A Gst.Event to inspect.
Returns [boolean, number, number]
TRUE if both coordinates could be extracted, otherwise FALSE.
