Convert the DSD format string str to its GstAudio.DsdFormat.
Parameters
- str: string
  a DSD format string
Returns GstAudio.DsdFormat
the GstAudio.DsdFormat for format or GST_DSD_FORMAT_UNKNOWN when the string is not a known format.
