certificate?: Gio.TlsCertificate,
): Gio.TlsServerConnection
Creates a new Gio.TlsServerConnection wrapping base_io_stream (which must have pollable input and output streams).

See the documentation for Gio.TlsConnection.base_io_stream for restrictions on when application code can run operations on the base_io_stream after this function has returned.
Parameters
- base_io_stream: Gio.IOStream
  the Gio.IOStream to wrap
- Optionalcertificate: Gio.TlsCertificate
  the default server certificate, or null
Returns Gio.TlsServerConnection
the new Gio.TlsServerConnection, or null on error
