drop_reply(context: Gdk.DragContext, accepted: boolean, time_: number): void
Accepts or rejects a drop.

This function is called by the drag destination in response to a drop initiated by the drag source.
Parameters
- context: Gdk.DragContext
  a Gdk.DragContext
- accepted: boolean
  true if the drop is accepted
- time_: number
  the timestamp for this operation
Returns void
