Inserts a GLib.Hook into a GLib.HookList, sorted by the given function.
Parameters
- hook_list: HookList
  a GLib.HookList
- hook: Hook
  the GLib.Hook to insert
- func: HookCompareFunc
  the comparison function used to sort the GLib.Hook elements
Returns void
