Parameters
- self: Gio.InputStream
  a Gio.InputStream
- count: number | bigint
  the number of bytes to skip
- io_priority: number
  the [IO priority][iface@Gio.AsyncResult#io-priority] of the request
Returns Dex.Future
a Dex.Future that resolves to the number of bytes skipped as a gint64.
