Reads count bytes from the stream.
Parameters
- stream: Gio.InputStream
  a Gio.InputStream
- count: number | bigint
  size in bytes to read from the stream
- io_priority: number
  the [IO priority][iface@Gio.AsyncResult#io-priority] of the request
Returns Dex.Future
a Dex.Future that resolves to a GLib.Bytes.
