Reads count bytes from an input stream into a pre-allocated buffer. The buffer must stay valid for the lifetime of this future.
Parameters
- self: Gio.InputStream
  a Gio.InputStream
- io_priority: number
  the [IO priority][iface@Gio.AsyncResult#io-priority] of the request
Returns [Dex.Future, Uint8Array<ArrayBufferLike>]
a Dex.Future that reads counts bytes into buffer
