Parameters
- file: Gio.File
  a Gio.File
- contents: Uint8Array<ArrayBufferLike> | GLib.Bytes
  a GLib.Bytes
- etag: string
  the etag or null
- make_backup: boolean
  if a backup file should be created
- flags: Gio.FileCreateFlags
  a set of Gio.FileCreateFlags
Returns Dex.Future
a Dex.Future which resolves to the new etag. Therefore, it is possible to be null without an error having occurred.
