Wraps Gio.File.new_tmp_dir_async as a Dex.Future.
Parameters

  template for the directory name, or null
- io_priority: number
  priority for the IO operation
Returns Dex.Future
a Dex.Future that resolves to a Gio.File or rejects with error.
