Wraps Gio.BufferedInputStream.fill_async.
Parameters
- stream: Gio.BufferedInputStream
  a Gio.BufferedInputStream
- count: number | bigint
  the number of bytes to fill, or -1
- io_priority: number
  priority for the IO operation
Returns Dex.Future
a Dex.Future that resolves to the number of bytes read as a gint64, or rejects with error.
