Removes a device event listener from the registry's listener queue, ceasing notification of events of the specified type.
Parameters
- listener: Atspi.DeviceListener
  a pointer to the Atspi.DeviceListener for which device events are requested.
- Optionalfilter: any
  Unused parameter.
Returns boolean
true if successful, otherwise false.
